New member, first mod

So I'm a new member, just picked up a 2009 G37XS, blk on blk with premium and nav. I'm looking to do a drop good for daily driving (live in upstate NY so not hammering it). From all my searching I'm going with Eibach 6399.140 and will need a Universal Coil Spring Isolator Type E from Energy Suspension Parts. What is the specific part number for the isolator? How does it actually go on? Sorry, I searched and was unable to find or specifically understand these answers. Do I have all my ducks in a row? Also spacers... for stock sport 18's will I need these? Most of the threads I found just reffered to coupes. Thanks guys, this is a great forum with a lot of info.

I think you need Eibach ProKit # 6394.140. 6399.14 is for 07-08. Edit - It seems you are correct and the 6399.14 will work too.
Why use isolators?
It's best to measure for spacers, after you lower, let it settle and do the alignment.

I have the same car and springs are in my near future too. Have you looked at the Swift springs made specifically for our car? Those will be my choice. From reading its seems the Eibachs have a bit of an uneven drop.

6394.140 is for the AWD coupe, I have the sedan.
The isolators are for the back to level out the uneven drop of the eibach.

The swfit are more expensive. The eibach are uneven, but the isolators in the back seem to even it out. I BELIEVE, someone tell me if I'm wrong, that a leveled out eibach is lower overall than the swift.

What size spacers did you use? I'm trying to figure out a good size for the sedan, I don't see too many people talk about them with the sedans though?

I've read a few people who have moved from the eibachs to the swift springs and are happier with the swift springs. There's a swift spring thread somewhere on here that you may want to check out.

i had 15mm spacers and it looked great. 20mm might work too but 15mm seemed to work best for me. i'm a G37S, staggered wheels though.

I have same car. (2009 G37XS Sedan) Just bought the Eibach Pro Kit from Tunerz and was wondering the exact same question about the spacers to get that perfect look on stock 18.

Please keep this updated with what you find out, go with...especially a pic once you have installed.

Can you post a pic of the eibach installed? I'm concerned about the difference in fender gap of the front and rear.
