also another question, after I sold the car, today got email from buyer saying the tire thread is low, and other blah blah blah,

my another ques: after signed off BILL OF SALE,however, forgot sign anything listed "sell as is" . I assume I no longer possess this vehicle which means anything wrong with this previous car is no longer my business, am i right?

The buyer should have inspected the car before handing over the money. You buy a used car from a dealer, you can expect new tires/brakes, etc. You buy one private party... you're rolling the dice if you don't inspect it, first.

As far as the ticket goes... you should have received mail from the court stating what your violation was, and that the fine would be $25 if the ticket was signed off, or $xxx if it was not.

I recently got a fix-it ticket, too, and that is what I got in the mail. I had it signed off and sent in the ticket and the $25. They cashed the check, so my work is done!

Kindly wanted to know where did you get signed off from?
also, yes my paper asking for $25 plus proof, so can i just mail in $25 check with 4 pages of photo copies of front well mounted, will that be sufficient instead of having a cop doing inspection?

photos won't work. you need to go to the court and have the sheriff sign it off. they all have inspection stations. or just go to a CHP office or any sheriff's station.

I told you there was no charge, but I don't know what you expect the officer to sign off if you no longer have the car.

How can he verify the discrepancy was fixed if you can't show him?

Did you show him the bill of sale, or something?

No, actually the buyer came in just to give me the old plates back, he recevied the new plate, and just had it replaced today, so when the officer doing inspection , the old plate was there. saved lots trouble...

the total cost was $25 ... for the stupid court processing fee, aka. tax payer's donation..

anyways,. I'm a pure G37 driver now, no matter where I go, G is my only ride and I'm proud of it, definitely.
