I PM'd him just now over on Maxima.org. But really, guys, it's out of my hands.
If it were me, after years of fulfilling little $5 orders every now and then, I'd personally get pretty sick of cutting vinyl decals. However, I'm not Ed, and he's a lot more easy going and patient than I am, so maybe he's just on vacation, or his computer is on the fritz, or his vinyl-cut printer is down, or he's out of materials at the moment and waiting on a shipment of vinyl, or his wife left him, or he's in prison... or any of dozens of entirely reasonable explanations.

Besides, if Ed ever stops, then with a little bit of research and networking, I'm sure I could find another source. Probably no one as straight-up honest and reasonably priced as him, but something can always be figured out. Seriously, it's just a single-color, vinyl cut decal... it's not rocket science.

So there you have it. He's still around, and still fulfilling orders. Track down what you asked for and email him. And if you can't do that, then do it all over again, and shrug it off. It's only a few bucks, after all.

Ed just wrote me to let me know he's no longer cutting vinyl in that "frost" material anymore. He'll still fill 4DSC orders, just no longer in that material.
