For those of you who have installed roof spoilers?

i just installed my roof spoiler the other day after painting it and prepping it before putting it on the car. i noticed that after installing it a small part of it does not stick down sometimes. i have to keep pushing a little part down to stick and then it stays and then comes back up once in ahwile. are their any tricks to getting the whole piece to fit perfect? have u guys noticed this as well?

It doesn't fit flat. I haven't mounted mine yet but already see how this might become a headache.

Really? I'm no expert, but I doubt that this, if any body part would improve gas mileage; on the street or highway.

You should remove the roof spoiler, remove the old double sided tape, put new double sided tape on the spoiler, then clean the rear windshield with alcohol where you will be applying the spoiler. I don't have the ravspec but i do have a roof spoiler and I have never had any troubles with it. i got it on ebay for $65 painted and shipped.

So I've had my spoiler on for about 6 days now. I experienced rain and water for the first time with the spoiler on. I noticed that the ends have come off the back glass just a little bit. Is this normal with the roof spoilers? They never seem to fit and stick perfect

This makes no sense to me.

I have a blacktop aero one, from ravspec. I cleaned the area thoroughly and then I used an additional amount of 3M tape than what they provided with the cheap little strips. I have zero issues with it moving or fllopping whatsoever. If you used the tape that came with it it is probably just not thick or hard enough, pick up some better stuff and use that in addition to what they have and you will be set!
