My wheels came pre-scratched from the previous owner. Car was perfect until some A**hole hit it in the parking lot at work last week. Didn't leave a note or anything. I managed to pop some of the dent out but there are still some small dents in it. Going to have to do some bodywork on it then have it repainted.

My sport coupe wheels have hairline scratches due to the microfiber towel catching some tiny dirt debris. You really have to look closely to see them. I don't have any curb rash. I noticed the paint finish on the wheels is very easy to scratch. Using carnuba wax on the wheels helps to keep them looking like new.

One rim has a little bit of curb rash about 2 inches long. Rear bumper as a tiny scratch from someone trying to get out of the way of a firetruck weaving through rush hour traffic. Front bumper has a tiny bulge about the size of a penny from some idiot in front of me that slammed on their brakes at a yellow light, did my best to avoid it but couldn't. Somehow ruled not my fault Bumpers are on my to do list after moving next month.

15 years on the old car, 0 curb rash. Some dings here and there from other cars/doors/rocks/highway debris. Nice thing about that car was the plastic door panels. Had the G for ~2 months now, there might be a tiny rock chip on the hood. Unlike with the old car, with this one I try not to follow too closely, but sometimes it can't be avoided.
Do your best to keep it clean, don't tailgate a semi, and most importantly, remember, it's just a car... and it will always be, just a car.
