Blnewt I'd be brave and mod the headlights myself but I'd cry if I had to buy new headlights so I'm just gonna have oneighty do it. I ordered the STiR lens already so it can be swapped when the lights are painted. Did you space out your STiR for color?

Sounds good. I used double cardboard spacers rather than the wire ring, the lens didn't seem real secure w/ the wire, I got a slight blue edge flicker and a very nice cutoff. I think if I ever open them up again I'll use the wire as I'd like a bit more flicker, but opening up those lights again is something I REALLY don't want to ever do again
Look forward to more pics as you go, car's looking great!
im looking for that colour changing effect does the sti lens give that? and where you guys get this lens from
The main benefit is the much sharper cutoff and improved light transfer, the blue/purple flicker is adjustable depending on the spacing from the housing. It's a much nicer look too since it's crystal clear compared to the foggy fresnal lens. If you're going to bake open your lights this really is a must-do

okay guys heres my 2010 awd sedan
got some big plans for it this year, hopefully a new set of wheels, new hood, and possibly red led work in the headlights
Loveing the ride. Where did you get the red led lights and did you spray the gril.

thanks bro any idea on how much to adjust the spacer?

You don't really adjust the spacer, it's just a metal ring (similar to a rubber O-ring but made of metal )that goes between the lens and the housing that's clamped down w/ the outer lens clamp ring. The stock lens has a cardboard
spacer, I just doubled up on them for just a slight spacing. If I had to do it over again I'd just use the metal spacer for a bit more color and an even sharper cutoff.
