I know i'm going typical but i'm going the 19" staggered coupe sport wheels. Got them for super super cheap so I plan to stick with them. Maybe powder coat copper/bronze if I'm willing to be that loud in statement.
Now I am waiting to buy Michelin PSS for them. Apparently they are getting discontinued? So i'm hoping the prices drop because I do see new type of Michelin tires in Max Summer Performance category.
Also on the fence about them because this is my dd, so I'm looking for a 'longer lasting' tire.. Right now Im looking at the G-FORCE COMP-2 A/S since they beat out my Continental DWS tires in terms of performance, road handling and feel according to Tirerack.
The wheel gaps of my 17" wheels bothers me every day...: The car would look so much better if i just buy them and install them however temporary.
I hope I wont need spacers for the coupe 19" wheels with 245/40/19 275/35/19 tires. I heard maybe a 15mm hubcentric one for front and the back is flush. But i will have to research that later unless someone is kind enough to correct me

I don't know squat about bikes... but what the heck is that? Some kind of custom super-scooter?

What a beautiful, mosaic driveway, and a really great photo.
What's up with the sport package front bumper and chin, matched with the non-sport 17" rims that no one loves? Considering where you probably live, I don't imagine that's your winter-wheel setup.

Beezy, you don't post much but when you do
Nice pair, and agree with Roch, what is that 2 wheeler?
And Andylegend, great photo shots, and John, he answered your question above (I think) as far as his current wheel situation. Andy, if you don't need all season tires, and from the look of your southwest house you probably don't, I'd focus on a quality Max performance Summer, if your budget isn't allowing for the Michelins, Continental Extreme Contact DWs are priced well right now if you can find the sizes you want (as they are getting replaced by a newer version). Bridgestone S0-4 Pole Positions, Hankook Ventus V12 Evo, Kumho Ecsta PS91 are other choices I'd look at (in that order) that will greatly exceed the grip of the all seasons in everything but freezing temps and snow.

Looks like a modified Honda Ruckus. I like both the car and the scooter, But after being a biker (sport and cruiser) for years, I can't bring myself to buy/ride a scooter... lol

Bought mine (black one) couple days before Christmas. My buddy at work found a smoking deal on an S last week. We're both stock right now but that will eventually change. We're a couple of married old dudes with kids so modding goes slowly.

Side by side like that... you know, the duckfeet on that RWD-S don't look so bad.
Sounds like fun having a friend with a similar car, and both of you predisposed to throw money at them. Since he's hitting the ground running with a RWD sport sedan, you're going to have to go big when you mod. You know... to one up him.

Just get the spacers until your new wheels/tires are ready. You won't regret it. And I think I only paid around $70 a pair for my bolt-on spacer's when I was using them years ago.

I'd add Toyo T1 Sports to your list. This is what I'm running right now and they grip better and are significantly quieter than any of the Bridgestone tires that I've run on my G in the past (including the S-04 and the S001's). Plus they seem to be wearing very well so far.
As someone who has never lived in blistering heat, just fairly high humidity, I can 100% say I prefer snow. Honestly, 60s-70s would be so ideal for me. Cool enough to wear pants and not sweat abundantly, but occasionally warm enough to wear shorts and not freeze.

Sounds like you should live in Southern California then. 75°F and sunny around 330 days a year. Well, 76°F today.
And you can always drive an hour or so to the mountains for your snow fix in the Winter.
