I really need to get a nice camera.
Maybe one last shine up before the winter wheels go on and it builds up a nice protective layer of salt for the winter.

Looking good, Dembflyr. I really like how your new FSTB brackets match the engine cover, although all the copper bolts seem over the top. No wait, those pics are in your build thread. Anyway... there's that.
Wheels are absolutely gorgeous on that car, with proper tires and fitment. Very nice.
Seems you went out of your way to find as many "don't park here" signs for those pics. Too funny.

I think the body shop may have trimmed or adjusted the spoiler a little bit to make it fit better, but the initial test fit was already good enough. There is some gap where the camera hole and trunk button are, but that doesn't cause any issues and you don't really notice it unless you're looking at a certain distance/angle.
I'll post more pics in better lighting when I get the chance

I've been debating about doing that for the past year, and my answer has always been "yes, eventually". Now that the chrome trunk finisher is gone, I am leaning towards wrapping it, but part of me thinks leaving it chrome matches better with the silver wheels. So in short, I still can't decide. LOL

Is that because of the fitment? Or because of the color contrast? I thought this spoiler was the best looking out of all of them (OEM, Autokits, Stillen) but of course looks are subjective. I had mine painted to match my car, except I left a strip in CF. Not sure if you can tell in the pic because of the lighting. But that helps a lot with the look. I didn't want the whole thing in CF because I agree with you, it doesn't look that great on its own.

However, I do think it's a unique look that's better than having the chrome encircle the entire area. It accentuates that whole Infiniti back corner swoop design. And by removing that high-contrast in the belt-line, it integrates the top and bottom visuals of the car better by removing the line between the two. Sure, that's all psycho-babble, but if it makes sense... well, there it is.
It's the little things, IMO. Subtle changes that look OEM to someone who doesn't know any different.
