^mmmm euro/jdm spec tails...
This car really disgusts me and embarasses me at the same time. Has anyone ever pushed a stock G37xS at an autocross? I have Michelin Pilot Super Sports and good lord this thing does every type of steering in the book. Understeer, oversteer, quadristeer, sidesteer, skidsteer, slipnsteer etc! I was seriously disappointed. Body roll, steering can't keep up with quick maneuvers, car doesn't stay composed, it pushes a LOT. Like Baaaaad. For an out of the box 'sports sedan' this thing continues to disappoint me more and more. People said the car looked out of control when being pushed and I would tend to agree it feels very out of control when you push it. I have never regretted ANYTHING as much as I have getting rid of my 08 Sport 6MT sedan for this car. But, heres some pics.
It is a gorgeous ****ing car, I just wish it performed like the REAL sports package!!

I auto-crossed my 2011 6MT in stock trim back in 2012, then again in 2013 with Eibach Sways, PSS and a FSTB. The reduced body roll was amazing. So much more control.
Of course, the RWD Sport has a tighter steering ratio than your AWD, and that certainly helps. (Sorry)
I kind of want to do it again this year, now that I'm on Swift Springs and wider PSS, with a little more power out of the FI cats. But the only auto-x in the area is really frustrating to me. Too many participants for too few runs.
Here's an old pic. Look familiar? LOL

My whole point is that this car shouldn't need all that crap to make it perform like a sports sedan should out of the box. This is like some fake wannabesports sedan. It drives firm and like **** around town giving you the expectations that it will handle like a dream. Then you push it and it falls apart. Like what gives?!?!?!
This is my friends bone stock BMW 335D on the same day. Observe how it isn't flailing about like a wacky inflatable flailing arm tube man.
Vs the G in the same corner.

You have good taste in tails sir! I really like the difference mine make that amber (not that I can see it) is the way I think they should all be.
On mine there's a color difference between the red in the outer tails and inner tails. Yours looks to be the same? Very slight but just a little? Or is it just the angle? Regardless, car looks great CCS!
Hoping to have some pics of mine after the drop and brake work this weekend.

His is the diesel and he tuned it. The car is spooky fast lol I drive that car back to back with my car and Im just like, only a few more months of my lease.... I don't even care if it hiccups every now and then. I'm at the point where i'd take a broken car that i love driving when it works than a car that is reliable but I hate driving every day.

Srsly, you're whining like a baby about something that's easily fixed. Get some sways on that car, any brand... doesn't matter which.
