I am starting to really like it.

Great work Natalie!

Nope. Not my car, and I don't recall which thread I found that picture.

The rims are nice, particularly in black against the drilled, aftermarket BBK and amber calipers. But in the end it's just another dropped sedan. Way too low, too, if you ask me. I posted it here as an example of blacking out the belt line trim, is all.

Nice ride, just not a fan of blacked trim (i may be the only one but i think the trim shows off the lines quite nicely. I am going to attempt a brushed aluminum look rather than blacked out on my ride)

ps. i envy all you good weather states. I can't even imagine dropping my ride with all the potholes in NJ.

That's Schulminator's G. Everything about it can be found here: https://www.myg37.com/forums/picture...tors-09-s.html

Quickly skimming, he's running an Alliance BBK 8/6 pot setup from (I think) DPE G. The wheels are DPE G's old wheels but repainted and re-barreled (fronts only). Specs are as follows: 20x9.5 +12 (front) and 20x10.5 +32 (rear). Tires are 235/35 and 255/35. Suspension is BC coilovers.

I'm curious as to why you decided to paint the lower grille instead of just leaving it black to match the upper grille?

Agree about that grill, would be a nice look for sure

Seriously, I would love to see this grille on your car. Given your DIY proclivity to visual mods, I suspect you could pull this off with only a little insight from "VT's G35S Sedan".

Thank you fellas! I like taking risks but sometimes it bights me in the a** haha I mean that is how these tail lights came to be
I was cutting the lens off and after cracking one of them I had to compromise.

The Grill- Yes i promised a DIY but never got time to sit down and type one up. Here is a link to the plastic mesh I bought off Ebay(be careful, and make sure you get this one because there are two options for the size of the honeycomb hole sizes, the One I have used for my upper grill- dimensions of each individual honeycomb 1.125in x 0.438in.) the other option out there is the 0.625in x 0.438in- I used this one for the lower bumper openings.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Grill-Mesh-ABS-Plastic-Honeycomb-Euro-JDM-Sport-Universal-Sheet-46-5-x11-5-/321272999420?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4acd5cedfc&vxp=mtr#ht_2521wt_919

You will have to cut the the front chrome part of the grill horizantal blades off. I did this right at the point where the chrome face parts ends as shown in the pics. I used rotary tool with cutoff disks.

Then I ended up cutting off the side parts completely to be able to bend and tuck the plastic mesh behind the frame of the grill. So at the end you should only have the back part of the center horizantal blades left.

Sand the frame all around for it to be nice and clean looking and ready for the mesh itself. Tape it up agains the grill and cut out the shape of the mesh and with about 1/4" extra( to be tucked and glued or plastic welded to the back of the grill.

The Infiniti grill badge is completely optional. I myself will not be cutting the hole around it on my next attempt at this grill. you could also just simply get another Rear bage and mount it to the front grill for the cleanest look

Good luck guys.

Here are a few beter pictures of the tail lights and also with the lights on. Yes the LED's are brighter with out the lens.
And I also had a chance to bake/paint/bake/install my headlights and did them in gloss black, I had Matte-Black housing on my first V36 sedan and I did not like the outcome.
I painted the housing of the headlight and also the turning signal and the fog light bulb cover.
