I used truecar for my sedan as well. But I think recently truecar.com has changed it from 'guaranteed priced' to 'target price'.

I remember back then it was giving me 13% off MSRP as guaranteed now its only showing 9% off for target price.

Exactly. In my attempt to use it, it seemed it just caused two dealers to call me. Neither has the color and option mix I originally submitted. Worth a shot though.

I used truecar.com. My dealership had the exact car I spec'ed out. Only negotiation I had was on the value of my trade-in. Experience was so great, I referred my brother when he bought his '12 imprezza.
