Damn Key FOB!!!
So it's basically a blizzard here in Northeast Ohio. I'm at work and putting a new cork post board up over a counter and heard my alarm go off. Was leaning over the counter and the FOB is in my pocket and got pressed. So, pull the fob out and click it to cancel the alarm and go about my business. LUCKILY only about a half hour later my phone is dying so I go to my car for a charger aaannnnddd my driver's window is half down and my interior is WHITE!
UGGHH!!! Brushed as much of the leather and electronics as I can and then scooped a few handfuls off the floor. Car is out in the lot right now running with the defroster on to dry things out.

I find this function annoying! This happens to me about once a month. Why would anyone want to open their windows when they leave their car??? The function is stupid! Does anyone know how to disable it?

This has hapenned to me numerous times. Its not that the pants are too tight. Its the stupid key fob design. I went to infiniti and bought a fob cover and problem solved, kind of. Now it sets off the alarm once in a while rather than every dam day. They said they couldnt disconnect the feture

Excuse my ignorance but why are the windows going down? From what I gather in these posts, keeping the unlock button pressed lowers your windows? The sales guy never mentioned that to me. I guess I should start reading the owners manual one of these days.

Most new cars have that option. Hold "UNLOCK" and the windows roll down. Nissan has had the feature for as long as they had a FOB.

I place mine in the lil coin pocket above the main pocket you find in most jeans. Fits perfectly and it never rolls down the window or set off the alarm b/c it sit highers up on your hip area. Try it and thank me later! lol
