When I saw this thread title I thought there'd be an Audi in the pics, lol.
Lol, no, the sport edition A7 and F10 are the two standard wheel packages offered by Tirerack.

Thanks! He's going through the chunky stage.

lol, the cheapest ones that would clear the bbk.

They are 18X8 Drag DR-34 with the X-Ice2 in 225/50/18.

As a side note the X-Ice2 SUCK in the rain even though it was a balmy mid-50 degrees. It great how much wet grip you get even out of worn summer tires.

Haven't really drove the car much since they went on, but today I didn't notice any negative performance out of the Blizzack LM25s. I'll post back and see if I notice it in the heavier rain.

I *think* the Blizzacks are more performance oriented. The sidewall on the X-Ice is non-existent. I guess I can't driver it like I stole it for a few months.

Great looking car. I sometimes regret not getting MW - especially when I am washing my OB car for the 2nd or 3rd time in a week. Thanks for the back-seat pic, I've got #2 on the way (due in June) and have been sweating getting a car seat and an infant seat to fit in the back. Oh, and +1 for the Bengal win, -1000 for the Buckeye loss, and +1000 for Urban Meyer.

Yeah they are. The blizzacks are a performance snow while the XI2 is a snow & ice. I was pleasantly surprised that the car felt no different for normal driving. Again, havn't driven much or pushed it so the results may show more then. The last piece of the puzzle is to see how they due in the Northeast Ohio snow.

Thank you. The white is kind of on the opposite spectrum of washing, as it still is a PIA, but not nearly as bad as black.

Congrats on the 2nd. I'm sure you've heard it or soon will, #2 is a game changer. Totally different ball game than having just 1! ..the car seats fit fine. Rear facing is a bit tight but totally doable. The regular front facing fits fine but I constantly have to tell the 3 year old to keep her feet of the back of my seat. Good luck!

BOOOOO Bengals! ...we had you smoked all game and only lost because of a bad snap on a field goal attempt Agree with the rest OSU stuff

My wife bought these and they work great and still allow easy access to the map pockets. After soccer and baseball my kids destroy the back seats.

The Bengals are a 4th quarter team but even a .500 is a much better than expected record so every win over 3 is a nice bonus.

Agree with the rest OSU stuff

Let's hope Meyer can last a couple years under tOSU pressure.

good luck with Cleveland winters.

^^^ I had bought something similar to those protectors, but my issue was with the lower strap across the front of the sport seats and I returned them. These seem the same - with the deep contour of the seat and the elastic loop going around, it basically goes across the two edges of the seat with a big gap in the middle. Couldn't stand the way they looked.

If I could find a set that had a different way to secure the lower portion it would be great. Thanks for the link though.

Cleveland winter ...

So besides looks, and possibly some weight savings, what does one gain with a $3K set of wheels?
