Was I cheated by dealership?
#17
I paid $33,800 before tax/license for a brand new AWD with premium. Dealer said the 0.9% was the lowest rate that they could offer me.
Not sure if this price was okay or high.

This is literally the most retarded thread I have ever viewed in my entire life. How cheap can you get? Who cares. If you care about that little of a price difference or think you were "cheated" how could you bring yourself to terms to buy a 40K or 35K whatever vehicle? I mean you paid $195.00 for a first aid kit...

I noticed you bought a 2012 G. No offense, but I have to say at this time, buying a 2012 G is a definitely no-brainer. 2013 model will be a completely redesign in terms of inside and outside. After you just put several thousands miles on your 2012 model in several months, you will regret to see more aggressive 2013 model running on road. I would highly recommend you to trade in your 2012 model right now to avoid unnecessary regrets later.

^^Lesson learned in years past on buying first model releases is a big nono. There will be growing pains and minor issues. There always are.
I understand there were some issues in the '08's, that didn't truely get resolved until '10 or '11.
I rather buy (and am) a last model year than a first
ymmv.

And most premium cars that go thru a redesign usually have minor things done to both the exterior and interior because they don't want to alienate thier customer base and preserve thier styling cues and therefore thier identity like BMW (considering that the current gen G has always been well received for thier looks then I doubt Infiniti will screw around with the formula too much) and incremental increases to HP and torque and in Infiniti's case they may redesign the transmission as that is the major complaint.
Again the new BMW 3 series is a good example of tweaking the car but not making it unrecognizable and the Acura TL is a good example of what not to do as they uglified the TL (using no styling cues from the previous gen model which was well received) and got raked over the coals for it sales wise.
Even if Infiniti adds 50 HP to their car, I really won't care because if 330HP isn't enough as a daily driver then perhaps shopping for a Ferrari would be more appropriate.

Did you just post a thread asking about a $8.81 discrepancy in interest on a 3 year loan on a $35K car? Really?
I know who was cheated. I was cheated. By being silly enough to click on this thread and read it. I want that last minute of my life back that you just cheated me out of.
