At $42K for the bimmer and $36K for the G I'm not sure where you are getting your information. The BMW is $6K more and I think you get $6K more worth of car.

^ It depends where you live. Not all of us are in the USA. I paid < $47k for a new, loaded 2011 G37S 6MT. Build the 335i sedan (with same options) on BMW.ca and it will cost you > $57k plus 13% taxes on that, where I live.
Speaking stock, it is not worth it for 6/10th 0-60 and 4/10th in the 1/4.

The G has good power. It has a good 0-60 time. And good price.
Infiniti tries very hard to replicate BMW's handling but it's not there yet.
As a causal spirited driver that doesn't head to the track, I could careless about the numbers on the spec sheet.
From red light to red light the G just felt so heavy from a standing start due to lack of low end torque. I would rather to lose some HP for some more torque.
On the highway tho, the G is a great accelerating car at 4k+ RPM.

Very true.
Also, stock for stock, the 3 drives circles around the G. The G's stock suspension is rubbish, while the 3's sport suspension is more than capable.

Actually a $12,000 difference if similarly equip....BMW charges for a bunch of stuff that is included in a G with the premium package. I just went out to Edmunds.com and priced out a BMW 335x equipped similarly to my G37x with premium package. Check for yourself. For instance, you will spend $750 in a BMW just to get sat radio and an ipod connection. Leather is extra as is metallic paint. One advantage to BMW is "free" service for the first four years...probably realistically worth about $2,500 if you are comfortable with 12,000 mile oil change cycles; which I am not. I traded a 2003 530i for my G37......and extensively test drove a 3 before making the decision. Actually I found the G surprisingly superior to the 3 series BMW in most respects except for engine NVH....the BMW 335i has one sweet engine (provided the highly unreliable fuel pump does not leave you stranded).

Haha, wow I made this man pee his pants in excitement. Anyways I guess I have to be more clear on my view point. I’m talking price and value, when I was looking for a used car it came between the G35x and the 328xi. I test drove both, fell in love with the ride and suspension on the 3 but that’s it. But what won me on the G is the style, power/engine, reliability, cheaper maintenance, and interior (the bimmer's interior is way to plain, but nice). I think the G with sway’s comes close to the 3’s (Yes just close), but definitely helps close in on the gap in terms of suspension and still cheaper than the 3. Overall the G had a better resell value compared to the 3, so I factored all that to make the decision on the G.

You're still way off base. As I said, I have/had both.
I had upgraded sways on my G (everything else stock), and it was still nowhere near the handling capability of the stock 3 sport suspension. As I said before, when you upgrade to the sport suspension on the 3, you don't just get brakes as you do on the G, you get the a full upgrade.
I'm just clarifying the point you made in your OP, that "once you put sways on a G, it is 100x better than the 3." That statement, and nothing else, couldn't be farther from the truth.
