I will be finishing up this once i get the parts. right now it is a photoshop but i hope it turns out like it. i for the longest wanted to get the OEM DRLs but couldn't get myself to spend over $500 for two LED lights. so i'm planning on doing on my own in my own way. let me know what you guys think.

Ok so I finally got the time to do this custom DRL as I wanted to do this for quite a long time now.
It turned out really nice and I'm living it. The process took about 45 minutes from start to finish so not that much time consuming. Below is the video. Enjoy

Those look pretty damn nice, great way to integrate them w/ your fog lights so they don't obstruct from the front end design. If you get some time you should put together a DIY w/ the parts you used

Very nice. My guess is he fed LED strips into the fog light housing. I did that with the reverse lights of my old Mazda 3. They were secured with double-sided tapes.

IMO looks better than the OE DRLs!

Please post a DIY or at least more info on how you did this.

wow i was expecting a flaming but it seems like you guys are liking it as much as i do.

there actually is nothing to it to do it yourself.
I bought a DRL relay from ebay as well as some LED strips 12inch flexible with adhesive.

once i received the items, all i had to do was connect the relay cables to the positive and negative sides of the batter and then run the wires to the bottom of the bumper.

as for the LEDs, it already came with adhesive so all i had to do was stick them to the fog light housing upside down LEDs facing outward. Then, i ran the LED wires inside the fog light housing where the other wires from the batter and relay met. connect both sides of the LED wires to the relay wires and then fasten them with tape or zip ties.

after everything is connected, turn on the car and you have yourself day time running LED lights. what's so good about it is that it will turn ON when the car turns on regardless of other lights and when the car is turned OFF, it turns OFF after 5 seconds.

there is another relay that has an extra wire that connects to the main light so when you turn ON your lights, the DRLs turn off but I had no luck with it as i tried and it didn't work for me.
