Just got a note from Infiniti in the mail saying that due to complaints and Infiniti's desire to show the customers that they matter, they are going to be doing a complimentary upgrade on the bluetooth microphone (replacing it) and adding a call-waiting feature to my 2011 M37x. They added that Infiniti is doing this, in part, because it's customers coming over from BMW, Merc, Audi, etc are used to having these features and deserve the best. Drop it off at the dealer and they'll do it for no charge.

Anyone know if there is any chance of that upgrade coming the way of the G? I know the people that I talk to on the phone would greatly appreciate a microphone upgrade...

i dont have any issues w/ my M since I got it in December w/ call waiting and the bluetooth. it does vary w/ carriers and phones.

No issues with b/t in my G. I talk in a normal voice...wife says I sound as clear as a bell.

I have a Blackberry curve and 09 G Sedan. My Bluetooth seems to be working fine. Maybe the sedan is little quieter?

Mine has call waiting and the mic works great. The mic worked great in the 07 I had as well.
I have always used BlackBerry phones and everyone I talk to over the car BT says I sound very clear.
As someone mentioned, there is a TSB for the Bluetooth call-waiting if you don't have it. There is a thread or two about it here as well.
