You know they did make the front better but they still didn't get away from what made it so ugly in the first place. If you look at a 2012 RSX why can't they do something more along those lines for the TL? It won't make since until they fix it. My wife says the front clip still makes the TL look cheap, I personally can't put my finger on it but I love the looks of the new RSX. Do something with the front, they made baby steps on something that should have been totally canned.

I think Tazicon meant the 2012 TSX.
2012 Acura TSX | Colors & 360s: Exterior 360 | Acura.com
Not too bad in styling. Something I could accept.
The 2012 TL, on the other hand, is still one of the ugliest car!

I came from an '06 TL and loved that car. It had its short comings though. Brakes warped easily, rattles galore, door lock actuators going out (happening in my Honda Fit as well).
My G isn't perfect either, given the weird 7speed programming (even after the tranny TSB) and a couple of rattles I enjoy this car much more from an enthusiasts POV. RWD is just a ton of fun.
I saw your thread in the 4G TL forum, but thought I'd chime in here. I test drove a '10 6MT SH-AWD. I loved the way it drove, but I couldn't get over the looks and it was just too large of a car for me. I also prefer ELS over my BOSE.
In the end you know what I chose and I don't have any regrets. Either car will serve you faithfully for years to come.

In a way the new TSX looks very similar to the old TL...the thing I don't like about the TSX is the buzzy 4 banger. Other than that, it's not bad...a little small, but not bad.

^You can order the tsx with the tl v6 engine... I also looked at the 10 tl before deciding on my g. Ive always loved tl's ever since I got my 2000 accord v6 new. I found no problem with the 3rd gen styling of the tl either. When I got my g with the stone interior it didnt feel any less luxury than the tl to me and i liked the g styling better. for me it came down to the higher horsepower in the g/fun factor. I love this car but would have loved the tl too im sure.
