Weathertech Digifit floor mats and a MT

I was just about to order the weathertech digifit floor mats for my 08 G 6MT and then i read that it does not fit the manual transmission. WTF!! has anyone bought them and trimmed the side so that it will work???? I really want these lol.

Did you find these $67 OEMs today. I just found them when looking for a friend. If you found them for a better price let me know too.
FYI, I have the OEMs from my 07 X and they are a perfect fit in my 11 6mt so I'm not sure why the Weathertechs wouldn't fit. Is it because they go up the sides a bit?

i also have the $67 OEM rubber mats for my '09 6MT. great fit, and great OE 'G37' logo. i didn't want to mess around with non-OE mats due to fitment concerns with the 6MT.

Just noticed that my 2 year old OEM rubber mats are cracked along the ribs, allowing water to slip through.

Dumb question, but are they included in the 4 year warranty???

should be. My parts receipt says any part that is installed in a car under warranty is automatically covered by the same vehicle warranty. otherwise is 12 months.

^^ They will have there own warranty. Ask the dealer how long it is. They shouldn't be cracking. Mine are 4 years old and like new. I used them in my 07 sedan and now in my 2011.
They won't be covered under the car warranty. They are not parts, they are an accessory.

the warranty is 1yr/12k miles, and yes they do start to separate in the ribbed area with extensive use, my driver side has that issue while all other 3 are perfect condition.

would someone please post up some photos of the weathertech mats installed in a 6MT? Or even an AT would do.. I just want to get an idea of the fit vs the OEM all weather mats. I'm really dissapointed with the OEM mats as they leave large areas of carpet uncovered and the also don't quite sit flat in some areas.

Surprised your OEMs are a problem. Mine fit perfect in my 07 At sedan and now they are in my 11 MT sedan. They fit perfect.

Wow price looks almost too good to be true. Is the $67.10 for the whole set of mats? Both front and rear? I was curious because it says "each". Don't want buy them and end up with only one mat lol

Weathertechs are nice but they are not cheap. I am almost certain that is the price for a single mat.
