+1 for blue slate though I would suggest blue with stone if you want light interior

 

Just look at the surface from about one foot away...it looks a bit like an orange peel. The horizontal surfaces are fairly good on the G...the vertical surfaces (sides) have a lot of orange peal...extremely disappointing for a car at this price point. Even the new M has more orange peel than might be expected, though not as obvious as that on the G. Actually most recent model GM cars are pretty good...surprisingly.

 

Sorry for digging up this old thread, but I am in the market for a G and have some color combo questions. I want a G37S coupe in Blue Slate - what interior color options were available in 08 and 09 for this car? It seems every Blue slate G37S has a black interior and I would prefer something lighter. One poster said wheat was NOT available with the sport package. Can anyone confirm? What about stone?

With the 08-09 G37 Coupe you could choose from all 3 interior colours with any exterior colour.
For the 08-09 G37S Coupe you could only get Graphite and Stone (no Wheat)

Mine came with the wheat rubber mats, and after a couple of weeks, they were marked up and black'nd. Cleaning them did not remove all the black streaks.

I went ahead and bought the black rubber infiniti mats for my wheat interior and they look fine and have stayed clean looking after 2 years.
