How important is a sun/moonroof to you?

i've owned cars with and without sunroofs, the past 3 have had them. i won't go back to no sunroof unless i have no choice.
while i don't actually open mine very often, i leave it tilted up almost 100% of the time - heavy rain being the only exception. tilting the sunroof allows much better air circulation. you can turn off the HVAC, but the "vacuum" created by a tilted roof draws air through the system which saves wear and tear on HVAC motors etc.
plus, it's just nice to have the extra light when you want it.

Today was a picture perfect summer day. One of the few this season. Sunroof open, windows down all the way. Made me glad to have a sunroof.

In Tampa, FL I think the sunroof has been used maybe 4 or 5 times in the 2+ years I've owned the car. Same with other cars we've had - never get used. Too hot from the sun beating down and usually too noisy. Oddly enough I love driving with my windows down.
