Sorry you got a bad one. My Lexus dealer will drive 40 miles to pick mine up and drop a loaner.

I'd give it Acura. Any and everyone problem I had with the car - Acura listened, and always, always, always took the car in to take a peak, no matter how much my explanation didn't make sense. Infiniti just...doesn't get it all that well. Plus, they're some what RUDE.

My Infiniti dealer does the same thing. And its all free if you replace the gas that you use.

IDK about dealer satisfaction, but Acura's suck. I took a 2011 TL & a 2011 TSX on a test-drive a few weeks ago...the handling was ****, navi was ****, and the interior felt like an expensive Honda. The buttons on the center console were enormous as if they were made for blind people.

I would have to disagree. The interior (leather etc.) and Nav of the TL are FAR superior compared to the G's. I used to own a fully loaded 2010 TL SH-AWD and the Nav UI + build quality are the things I miss from it the most.

Maybe it was because I drive the FWD model. But ultimately the steering wheel felt as if it were paper thing, the handling was horrible (possibly the FWD), and the navi/center console was as if it were built for 60+ year olds (oversimplified). Comparing it to a G, that's something I wouldn't do considering the two cars are in different categories. I'd compare the TL to an M37 possibly.

I've been an Infiniti owner since 2002 and had nothing but the best service from the dealer (Riverside Infiniti). No complaints here.

Yeah the steering is REALLY numb and the handling sucked (hence my switch to the G).

It's kind of interesting how after I replied to this thread, my sales rep from infiniti called to see how everything was going
