Wow, the coupe wheels look really nice on the sedan. Very nice. This may be a great alternative for me for my sedan. Just need to find some for sale in Northern California now. vidmate appinstasave.onl

Side question, do the coupe wheels use the same stock lug nuts as other rims? My rims are in to get refinished and new tires on and I want to replace the newer lug nuts that started rusting after one winter.

I can't tell if they are the same as the stock mag lug nuts with washer. Maybe they are just trying a sales pitch for the same thing (I was going to buy them, then saw a review that 'they started rusting after one winter')

yes, all OEM G37 wheels take the same lug nuts. There’s not a whole lot of options out there. I got black ones that were highly rated and they also rusted over 1 winter... so back to chrome I went.
Do you mean the rocker molding or the door midline molding? I wonder if it was a canada-spec or other spec car, since it also has the 3.7 badge and I don't think that started till the Q40.

His rocker panel is the same as yours and mine... the Sport Package side sill. I'm talking about his mid-line molding (aka, body side molding). So many terms, LOL.
And IIRC, he put that 3.7 badge on the fender himself, after seeing it on the Q40 and liking it.
Yep, body side molding was pretty common on the V35 sedan, was it even offered for the V36? Mine are aftermarket.
Installed them because at the time, I was parking in a pretty tight lot (now even worse, parking on the street...surprisingly my front and rear bumpers are doing Ok). But also kinda like the look of the side moldings, to me they subtlety break up the side profile of the car (know most folks wouldn’t agree with me there).
And the 3.7 badge is off a Q50. Always liked little front fender badges (maybe biased from liking Euro sport sedans), so gave them a shot and really liked them on there.
So went a little bananas on accessorizing the side of my car, promise I’ll refrain from NISMO stripes, flames, fake vents, etc.

I had them refinished a bit darker than stock, it was an option with no uncharge. I didn't realize it would be so close to the body color.
They also suggested, and I had it done, doing the inside of the wheels in black as it doesn't show the brake dust as much.
and yes Rochester, it would look a lot better lowered (not sure, in the midwest and even at this ride height in the snow I almost got stuck by the frame being beached) The ride is NOT BAD. Bit rougher, but not bad; the new general tires are miles better than the no-seasons the dealer put on the 17's.
...and yes, red akibono brakes would be a very nice touch.
you said it in another thread I had on them. Yep, 19's are so much better looking. As my car friend said - it takes it from looking like a car anyone drives to looking like a real sports sedan.
Silver is so anonymous anyway.
now some red akibono big breaks would give it that nice edge you'd notice...too bad they won't fit with 17's.
