your TPMS has nothing to do with being staggered. the light is on because the wheels you got are from 2011+ coupe. The TPMS changed from March 2010+, so they won't work on anything pre March 2010. You need to use your TPMS that came with your OEM wheels.
Hard to see, but the rears are flush (they are nice and even with the fender), but the fronts are a little tucked in and could probably use a 15mm spacer so they looked equally flush as the rears.

he won't be thanking you because that won't work if he using the TPMS from those 2011 wheels. It looks like he has a pre2010 sedan, so he needs his original TPMS swapped in or get a set of TPMS from pre-March 2010.
