Anybody wear polarized sunglasses when driving their G

The only issues viewing screens through polarized lenses are in cases of cross polarization. You may notice this when viewing the readout at a fuel pump for example (dunno why their polarization runs horizontal instead of vertical). No problems with the nav screen. I can't imagine why your cop equipment was cross polarized but that's what it sounds like.

Not that you need anymore evidence but no issues here with polarized lens either.

I wear prescription polarized sunglasses and I don't think the screen looks as clear as it would without them.
A few years ago I got tired of the hassle of reading certain screens like my cell phone, camera, credit card machines, etc with my polarized glasses so I had a pair of prescription sunglasses without polarization made at Eye Glass World.
The first time I put them on outside, in the SW Florida sun, the glare was so bad I brought them back and had them add the polerization for another $100.

I wear both polarized Versace sunglasses and Ray Bans. I don't have trouble seeing anything at all when it comes to the nav screen. I can see cool colors in my tinted windows when the sun hits them correctly though.

The orientation of polarization is going to be the key. Mine are fine unless I tilt my head 45 degrees or so to the right, then it's very difficult to see the screen. I thought my lenses would have been polarized vertically, but apparently not.
