Which is why I have the CV1's in matte black on order! Thinking KW coils next... do they make the ride super stiff, or is it pretty much like the stock sport edition ride?

My friend has the KWs and he loves them, definitely improve the handling of the ride. They say you can make them stiff for track use and then click the coils and make it ride like a cadillac

 

I too have the 9 spoke wheels, I agree they aren't too bad. I have some Vossen's I'm throwing on there later this afternoon. So much for my mileage around town Damn 20s

Yeah, Jav at Vossen posted that they expect a shipment of CV1's in the matte black to come in mid July. A full 3 months after order.

I was told 60 days, which is kind of a sore spot with me right now, but whataya gonna do? They are the wheels I want so I have to wait.

Didn't help that the shop I ordered from has crappy customer service.

I think I deserve a Vossen t-shirt or something... (XL please, Jav)

 

But they will be so worth it when they come and then you will just be staring at your ride because of how happy you are when you get them on!

What offsets did you go with and whats your suspension set up?

 

Conservative... very conservative... I got all 4 wheels in 20x9 +32 so I can rotate them and get more longevity out of the tires.

Still have the stock suspension, but KW-V3's will go on later. The drop will also be conservative and the ride adjustment will be just a tad stiffer than it is already.

I like what Raul did to your lights, and I am considering that as well. Probably get an exhaust, eventually, too. I had Stillen on my last G... not sure what I will go with this time.

 

I am looking forward to see your wheels for sure, not much vossen concave sedans love out there and kw is the real deal for coils, I can't decide what I am going to get because I am thinking about switching away from my Eibach pk when I get my new rims too.

You should definitely get Raul to do your lights, your in so cal right because he did mine same day and he can do any combination of colors or looks you want.

The exhaust thing might be the toughest decscion because you have to get the right sound to match the sedan and I'm assuming you want something clean that keep the right tone and not any drone or rasp. I was thinking about the new berk one when it was on presale but that is gone so now I am no hurry again. Plus I can't do all these things all at once, it gets heavy on the bank account.

 

I LOVE red leather, but to me, the seats on this car just "stand out" too much. The easy fix would have been for them to use red leather inserts on the door panels, and possibly, the armrest. Still looks good though! But BMW knows what's up!
