I've only used 3M, and see that isn't one of your options/choices, but a lot of shops around here try to get people to get 3M tint, but is isn't really 3M. They just have rolls of "generic" stored in 3M boxes and try to pass it off. How do I know? 3M tint is marked with little "3M" stamps that only come off with alcohol after installation. the first four shops I went to last summer tried to scam me.
Do either of your choices have a way of ensuring you are getting what you want?
My buddy just got the Solar Guard on his car and it looks really nice, but I don't know about longevity.
Edit/ Addition for comparison:
I paid ~$570 for 3M tint: 5% on rear, 20% on 4 doors, whole windshield has 3M clear film on it, plus a 5% sunshade strip at the top of the windshield. I love it.

I just got a quote for Madico CharCOOL on a sedan for $200. Said he would do the ceramic for $400. I had him do my Accord coupe with the same stuff 2 1/2 years ago and still looks great. As you can see from the pictures on his Facebook page, he does some pretty high end stuff, dealers, etc. He swears by Madico and by the cars he's putting it on I trust it. Also did plenty of googling and many say its good stuff...

The tint guy i am going to is recommended by my infiniti dealer and hence i guess he would be reliable...also he does only madico's and another dealer does solargard...no one here uses 3M or Lumar or any other brands for that matter......I think I will go with Madico as I see lot of good reviews around and the tint guy himslef being a reliable guy....
BUT, it is gonna be a metallic tint...Would that cause any issues? I called Infiniti service department and thy do not think it will be a problem..

If you read the owner's manual, it says on page 4-83, under the ANTENNA section:
Do not place metalized film near the rear
window glass or attach any metal parts to it.
This may cause poor reception or noise.
