Where to buy paddle shifter kit other than Riverside & Grubbs?

Riverside never responds to my best offer on eBay or question regarding shipping to Canada. Grubbs sat on my order for over a week, promised to get back to me on my order, then changed their website completely so I guess they lost all order info.

I tried doing business with both of them and I guess they probably don't want to deal with Canadians. However, they're the only 2 vendors I can find on eBay that sells this kit. Is there anywhere else that I can find the paddle shifter kit? Or perhaps I can find part numbers for all the pieces and order it from my local dealership?

Any suggestion is appreciated, thanks.

You could have it shipped to a friend/relative in the US and have them mail it to you. It'd cost a little more but you'll receive it eventually.

No, but a rep from Grubbs Performance finally replied and made the required change to the eBay listing for transaction to go through. However, the black kit was out of stock. Hopefully they'll ship this time.

I asked people at the dealership when I first bought the car and they had no idea about it.

I would think that if you went to the parts department they would be able to get them for you. What they would want to charge you is another thing.

You have stuff shipped to them and then they'll reship it to you for a small fee.

I ended up buying from Grubbs, but the buying experience has been very painful. I asked them to update the shipping fee on eBay because it wasn't filled in, and I was ignored. So I placed an order on their website on Feb 21st, it went through. Few days later, they decided to completely change their website, I lost my account and order. When I contacted them, they told me that they've adjusted the shipping fee on eBay and asked me to place an order on eBay instead, which I did and paid with PayPal. On March 7th, my Visa card which I used for the original lost order on their website, got charged. I contacted Grubbs and was told that it'd be sorted out that morning, which was March 9th. A week later, the charge is still on my credit card and I really don't want to go through the painful process of filing a charge back. Meanwhile the Canadian custom has been sitting on my parcel for the last 3 days. What have I done to deserve this?

Now you might say that I shoud've bought from Riverside. I would've but they don't even reply to any email.

I've heard the guy at riverside is on vacation until March 26th; which is what I've read from ebay.

I'm also in the market for some paddle shifters for my 2011; just started contacting people today about them. We'll see how long it takes me...

I called Riverside and they said the guy who handled online sales no longer works there. They are trying to get someone assigned to that job. Grubbs, on the other hand, answered on the first ring. He told me he had em in stock and even emailed me the link to the part on ebay. I plan on picking it up instead of getting it shipped. I was quoted $240.73.
