If it were mine I would use Mequire's #7.....its a really fine glazing polish.... Don't use anything much harsher unless you're skilled at using such products. With this product you would need to work the area with considerable elbow grease, but you would have little chance of rubbing through the clear coat. Good luck...you might be able to lessen the appearance of the damage somewhat. Sorry......
