G37 Sedan

Any idea what this annoying rattle may be?

My 08xS was the same as my 09. However I always wondered if the G's with the fake wood trim, , have less noise issues from the trim around the console.

Maybe you meant the previous G version. But I recall reading in an older C&D comparison about little rattles from that test car.

On a side note my 94 Accord with 130K is rattle free, and my previous 02WRX that had 115K miles when i traded it for my G has less weird noise issues compared to both my G's. I kid you not!!!!!

The V35 is the previous gen 2003-2006/07 G sedan/coupe. Your 08 and 09 were both V36 Gs.

I'm just comparing an 07 V35 coupe to an 11 V36 Sedan, so a lot of the differences could have to do with the larger wheels and the coupe body, but I'm willing to bet a lot of chassis and interior improvements were made to the car between generations.

Yeah, but my sister has a 05 or 06 Saab 92x (virtually identical to a WRX wagon) and it is pretty quiet. HOWEVER, that is one rough ride and it feels more like a wagon on wheels than it does a luxury car.
