My luck with the police has run out

Last night, i was at the fire station when a traffic cop decided to stop by. After an awkward encounter, partly a prank a patrolmen was playing on me by trying to get the cop to "arrest" me, the cop got pissed. He saw i had driven in and asked me about my car, the Infiniti. As i said this was a traffic cop, this guys job is pretty much to remember the DMV code and pull people over, he drives around an undercover Charger, although i can see the monster from miles out. Charger: Black rims, 5% tints, Black Bull bar, Antennas everywhere, its easy to spot. And he said next time he sees me on the road I'll get a ticket for the Tints, and get this my LED bulbs on my tag lights! That i thought was a bit ridiculous, the LED's that illuminate the license plate are ALOT stronger than the halogen ones, anyways i gotta take them off. I think not mentioning the Test Pipes was a good idea, so today im going to have to steam off the front tints and replace them with 35% but im going to do 5% in the back as he said the back can be whatever. And to add to all this yesterday was just not my night, and this just made it worse!

Well, what could I say about that !!! but in my opinion if your gonna change the tints from 5% to 35% then change the front & the back all together all it will look stupid.

By the law of large numbers you can come a across a jerk at any time. I actually got a ticket driving home from my high school graduation while wearing my cap and gown. What kinda of jerk gives a kid a ticket on his graduation night?

I'm sure anyone with a crappy job like a "Traffic COP" hates their life.

I'm sure if they were smart they would have went to college and got a real degree, not some bull like Bachelors of Art.

I know a few people that became police officers because they couldn't cut it in college, or they didn't go to college.

I think this is a little bit of a rude comment. I don't know where you are from, but most police officers now require a 4 year bachelor of science degree in criminal justice. It is no longer a job as it used to be, absolutely a career and a difficult one at that. Maybe some "college drop out" will be saving your a** one day...

If you can't respect the fact that they have to put on a bullet proof vest and walk out the door every day with the risk of not coming home to possibly save someone else so they CAN go home to their family, just keep your mouth shut.

Ibanez is right, these men and women put their lives on the line daily. There are jerks in every walk of life but stereotyping an entire group of individuals due to an encounter with one bad individual from that group is asinine.

It's not "traffic cop", it's "revenue collector"

Are you implying that a B/A is somehow less real than a B/S? Seriously?

BTW, I have a B/S and an MBA, but I don't think either of those degrees are "more real" than a B/A. Different strokes for different folks.
