I was able to fit the 42" Panasonic Plasma w/ box or the 50" w/o box in a 2010 Altima but the Altima might be a little bigger than the G.

I tried to fit a 55" led-lcd in our Armada and failed. I had to call in my brothers pickup.

Yup, we first tried just the box only without TV. We were able to fit it in the back seat, but barely. I think the box was slightly squeezed when we closed both doors, although the driver seat moving back automatically didn't help

There's no way a 42" TV is fitting in the trunk. Without a box, 46" should fit fine in the back seat.

my 42 inch Plasma gave up the ghost and I got a 47 inch 240hz LCD, but to be honest I brought it home in my SUV.

Don't know about the G... But I bought a 40" LCD at Best Buy when my gf had driven us there in her Corolla. We kept it in the box and put it in the back seat but we had to roll the rear windows down because the top edges of the box poked out of them a little.

I really wish the G had a retractable backseat.

I was able to fit a 50" samsung plasma in my coupe. Fold the rear seats down and let the TV extend from the trunk to the rear backseats. 50" is probably the max size you'd be able to fit. Also had to take the stand off the tv.

Yup, it fit fine in the backseat. Delivery was not an option since I was buying it used.
