Well if you're low on money like me the first things I did were...

I put vleds on the license plate and the doors for about 30 bucks. Definitely need to get rid of that yellow color. Also did my city lights which were simple.

I painted my grill gloss black myself for about 20 bucks for the supplies.

The next thing I'm hoping to do is get an intake most likely R2C. I guess they go for about 300 used but I think it's a good upgrade to do.

And most others would lower their car with eibachs but I live in the city so I can't.

Do you want power, suspension or looks? Moding is about making the car unique in a way that satisfies your needs.

Isn't suspension a part of looks?

im not sure what your budget is but:
BB grounding kit is a must imo (100$ ish)
I have an r2c intake and i really like it (400 ish)
I have coilovers and sway bars on the way, coilovers are great imo (1000 for my bc's but goes up from there)

IMO your first mod sound be grounding kit, its easy to do and will give you some confidence for future mods (it did for me).

IMO you should do some research first before you plan out your modding. Don't just jump into it w/o any specific plan to decide on the look/improvement that you are trying to achieve. Search around the forum cuz there is countless threads with very useful info on our cars. In the end, take your time and don't go cheap. You spent pretty pennies for the car, so don't go around putting cheap/knockoff parts on your ride.

suspension mods > power mods > aesthetic mods (lips, wheels, diffusers, etc.)

my first cheap mods included v-leds vanity + license plate leds. then i moved onto my headlight bulbs + hid fogs (basics). then i recently moved onto injen cold airs and a gtspec strut bar. the best mod for suspension, NO DOUBT, is the front strut. notice our oe cars don't come with front struts. it really does wonders. injen's are AWESOME as well!

After years of wasting money on modding, I found fixing the nut behind the wheel is best.

Just out of curiousity, is there a list of mods / aftermarket parts for the sedan somewhere? I looked in the vendor section and just about every thread I see is for coupes.
