You cannot shave off 2 seconds from your 1/4 mile time by adding the lip.
A stock G does a quarter in about 13.8 sec. If adding a lip, will make it do a quarter in 11.8 sec, then sign me up. 11.8 quarter mile means faster acceleration than a Lambo Gallardo, F430 and such similar vehicles. If adding the lip would give these results, then no one would even bother to modify their engine. You probably mean 0.2 of a second, which who knows... might be possible.
As far as aero advantages... you probably won't feel it (or at least not below 130 mph).

Unfortunately that's not possible

Do you guys remember the early TV commercial of the G35? Infiniti used to claim reduction of drag coefficient with the Aero package installed. This page confirms that claim: Automobile drag coefficient - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There's a reduction of .01 drag in older models with the Aero Package.
