In addition to the paint color it includes the sport, nav, and premium packages, the 9 spoke wheels and of course the red leather. I thinks that's it.

Nice car. The red leather is a "love it or hate it" (my saleman's words) option. There is no in between.
The exterior color I was expecting purplish looks, but it really does look like a really dark black cherry type color.
I happened to like the red (Ive yet to find one pic on the internet that did it any justice) and love the exterior color. Also really liked the price, so Ill be picking mine up next weekend hopefully.
Ive heard two different production numbers for the car, but both are pretty low (200 from one dealer, 350 from another) so it really is a fairly limited edition. To me it seems like a fully loaded sedan along with the aerodynamic package that was released fairly recently (everytime I went to equip a car on edmunds, etc it kept saying the aerodynamic package was "late release"). it sure made the whole "which packages does it come with" thing easier. Dealers around here wont let you test drive them though, in fact they wont let them out of the showroom unless purchased.

Its basically black so Im guessing its as hard to keep clean as any other black.
I have an extra vehicle in addition to the new car, so it wont get driven 100% of the time and I can avoid driving it if I want to (i.e. horrible snow, etc), but then again the AWD is there so I can drive in weather that will make the car dirty.
I have an 01 i30 in ruby red metallic, another dark color, so Im used to it staying clean for mere seconds at a time.
