rear view mirror
#17
I have the same problem with my mirror (at around 80 mph, but goes away at higher speeds). I've noticed the vibration eminates from the windshield - I've had my car back to the dealership numerous times - rebalanced tires, rotated tires and realigned... still have same problem.
- Question: is your car a 2010 G37x? (mine is)... Do you have the 18" performance tire/rim option? (I do).
I've had someone suggest that after making all the changes/corrections in wheel balance, alignment, et.al.- that I might have an imbalance in the drive shaft? Does that make sense to anyone? In addition to the rear view mirror vibration-- I also seem to have a "cabin" vibration- through the pedals/seat at between 56-61 mph.
Love the car-- but I really think something is wrong. HELP!

My 10 xS has a tiny bit of a vibration from the rear-view mirror (at around 70 mph). At first it really bugged me and I was going to take it back to the dealer to be fixed. However, work got really busy and I never bothered.
The vibration is still there, but it just doesn't bother as much any more. I guess it's not so bad that I want someone messing with the factory install.
