There doesn't seem to be any options other than the carpeted trunk with first aid kit.

Any thoughts on this new trim level? Competing with IS250? If you were previously looking at a Maxima, would you get one?

Still no nav, which makes zero sense. The IS350 speaks for itself with a larger engine, bigger brakes, etc. All options are available on the IS250.

I don't know why Infiniti doesn't let the G do the same. I know a parade of people will now talk about how great their Garmin is, but there are plenty of buyers like me that just want an OEM solution.

I bought the G25x. Was looking for an upscale AWD sedan at a good value. Tested the IS250 prior to buying the G: the IS250 does not handle like the G and the cabin is more cramped. Decided on the G25x mainly for handling, styling, build quality and value. Nav was not important to me, so I did not care that it was not available.

I wish that there was something that could make the G37's look a little different than the G25. Maybe wheels or something. Because if you look at a G25 And a G37, the only way to tell the difference is by looking at the badge on the rear. Lexus is the same with the IS250 & IS350.

They should have looked different. That meant to design a new bumper. Costs money so it makes business sense to keep cost down. I got a G37 with no nav and l regret doing so. Then again my droid x surpasses the nav on G37, the only gripe is that its not integrated into the car. I wish my droid x would output composite video so that I can see the google maps app via the car's monitor.

Without looking at the badges, how many people (- car enthusiasts) do you know can tell what are the differences between 328i vs. 335i, IS250 vs. IS350, C300 vs. C350?
Infiniti is a new player in this segment. They are trying to sell more car for less to get buyers who are looking for 328i, IS250 and C300.
HID for the C class costs $1000. To get HID for the IS, you need to order a fully loaded IS250. To get HID for the 3 series, you need a 2500 bucks package. I would buy the G without any doubts.

I bought a g25 journey recently. I tested the is250, and as said above it was cramped and handling was not that great. I tested a tsx and wasn't impressed. Finally I tested a g37, and while it was a great car with a lot of power, I couldn't find one for less than 5000 more than the car I purchased(all had premium features, etc). The g25 has a buttery smooth ride, and very good handling. The amount of features, style and drive you get with this car, definitely beats all competing brands such as the is250, audi a4, and bmw 328i.

There are options such as moonroof and splash guards. Overall, the G25 is a very popular and upcoming car. I tend to sell at least 1 to 2 of these cars every week. They meet the needs of most customers that are not looking for Navigation or memory seats. They still carry all the standard features that most other cars charge a premium for such as Bluetooth, Heated Seats, Satellite radio. Sure the power is not as rich as the G37, but not everyone needs that much for the type of driving they do. Overall, it is a great car and is definitely a better alternative to the IS250, A4 and 328.

335s have dual exhaust
IS350s have bigger brakes.
Not sure about the MB.

I was going to get an IS350 when I gave my IS250 to my son last year.
The G was a better deal - price, built, options and dimension (size). Only complaints are the car feels heavy and loud engine noise compared to the Lexus.
