Ok new nightmare lmfao!!! Need help asap calling all sedans
HERE IS THE STATS AS YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW FROM MY WHEEL POST
20X9
20X10.5 VOSSEN CV1'S
245/35/20
285/30/20
**** NO I CANT STRETCH MY TIRE**** AWD***
HERE IS THE PROBLEMO
RUNNING CURRENTLY -2.0 CAMBER REAR DRIVERS SIDE, -1.9 CAMBER PASS REAR
FRONT WHEELS ARE 0 DUE TO THE KINETIX A ARMS I HAD INSTALLED...
BC COILOVERS ARE INSTALLED AND SPRING IS AT MAX HEIGHT SETTING YET STILL SEEMS LIKE ITS LOW AND DIDNT FINISH SETTING IN YET. SO HERE IS MY ISSUE AS I DO RUB WHEN I GET INTO DIPS IN THE ROAD. DOESNT SEEM LIKE I RUB THOUGH WHEN I HIT A BUMP.. I AM GETTING A SQUEEKING SOUND IN THE REAR SOUNDS LIKE THE SPRING CAUSE IT HAPPENS WHEN MY CAR BOUNCES ( THE VERY LITTLE THAT IT DOES)
THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING NOT SET RIGHT BECAUSE THE ALIGNMENT GUY JUST CALLED AND SAID HE DOES NOT RECOMMEND SETTING ANY MORE NEGATIVE CAMBER BECAUSE ITS DANGEROUS.....
BUT IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THAT 1 FINGER GAP ALL AROUND WITHOUT RUBBING. PLUS I FEEL THE RIDE IS NOT VERY COMFORTABLE LIKE OTHER POSTERS HAVE SAID. JUST WONDERING WHAT THERE DAMPENING SETTINGS ARE AT.
SO FAR FOR THE DRIVE ON THE WAY TO THE ALIGNMENT I FEEL LIKE I COULDNT PUSH MY CAR TO THE LIMIT IF I WANTED TO IN FACT I WAS KINDA SCARED TO DRIVE IT CAUSE I HAVE THIS FEAR MY TIRE IS GONNA SCRAPE MY FENDER AT ANY MOMENT AND IM GONNA CRASH!!!! I KNOW THATS PROBABLY STUPID.
SO HERE IS THE QUESTION DOES ANY SEDAN OWNERS RUNNING EVEN CLOSE TO A 285 REAR TIRE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR NUMBERS AS FAR AS CAMBER AND TOE.... WHAT THE HEIGHT SHOULD BE FROM FLOOR TO FENDER OR WHEEL STUD TO FENDER?

Lmfao.. all these issues and money spent.. either your going to the wrong shops where they don't know what they're doing or you just need to buy a more expensive car and keep it stock.. lol
I love what you're doing but it seems as though everything is fighting against you. The front lips, wheels/tires, now suspension.
Hopefully it will be all worth it. Try calling BC and telling them your issue. Maybe they can help you out. Good luck. Besides the issues the car is coming out clean bro.

and stretched tire you can run.... stop reading and worrying so much about what other people are saying. Your tires are a bit taller than other 285 tires as well b/c they're all seasons.
you're more than welcome come and see how my car sits but you can have them go lower and adjust the rear camber a bit to even it out.
you want it sitting with barely any fender/wheel gap right?

id like it sitting where your at! perfect in my taste for height!! so let me get this straight your telling me all seasons are bulkier??? idk the non all season continental looked pretty close to the same..... just didnt have mixed tread patterns. so what can i put a tire size that isnt gonna blow up my tranny cause mass infiniti already has to give me a new one already i dont wanna hear any bitching out of them

i think im gonna let them straighten it out as far as alignment goes and see where the spring settles. in the mean time if anyone has any diffentive proof that i can run a tire size other than what i have i will gladly go buy another set of brand new tires and stretch it. although i really dont want to. also kenny what size spacer do i need to go flush with a 32+ front offset

275/30/20. or add more neg camber. And your wheels won't f-ing fall off cuz it rubs the fender a little.
I honestly think you are looking too much into this. Give the springs a week for it to settle then do your camber and alignment.

ya its not really the camber thing i have a prob with, in fact im going to order a pair of 275 tires, for a little more stretch. and make it a little more neg camber. the issue im having with all this is the following:
1: when my car bounces i hear this squeaking sound. like the springs are making sound or the coils..... its driving me insane!!!! i hate noise.... i like my car quiet
2: idk what is the ideal dampening setting to have im at 18 clicks from soft. but yet when i hit a bump i still feel like im banging.
3: apparently i have the rear spring height set to highest point and yet its still barely a finger gap space between fender and tire. so something has to be wrong there.
ps: im not using caps.....

If I remember correctly you'e concerned about the overall diameter of tires coz you have the AWD. You can go 275/30 rear (a little stretched but no rubbing) and then go 235/35 front. The OD are almost the same. = 0.02 inch difference.
