cut some of the fender liner in the rear. This will help with negative camber and rubbing.

but if you don't want to do that, then just run more negative camber. Remove your rear suspension and start over again.

the rubber mount should be reused. I'm guessing its not seated properly. Also, for the BC's did you get the stiffer springs for the rear? Cause I know before people complained about the rear sitting lower than the front and thats at highest ride height. BC upgraded the rear springs to be stiffer or customer had the option.
