so your going to not only make payments on something that you will have no Equity in at the end of it, and you will spend extra money on mods as well that you will have to sell for alot less than you bought them for when the lease is up.
Why are you leasing in the first place? just doesnt sound smart to me.

1. Lease payments are cheaper
2. You beat the **** out of it
3. You don't have to go through the headache of selling it in the end
4. After 3 years you get a new car
People do rent apartments... and buy furniture, and paint the walls, and do all that stuff... and in the end, the furniture isn't worth ****, and the walls you painted get painted over with white paint.
Most people don't even want to keep a car for more than 3-4 years, and in the end... the parts that you end up buying, you resell for 3/4 of the MSRP (excluding rims, but who keeps rims for 3 years anyway??)
Modding a leased car is no different from modding a bought out car.
FYI 90% of the jobs we do is on leased cars.
To the OP... you need some guidance listen to all the advice you get here (minus the don't mod a leased car part).

you make valid points. i guess i just keep my cars longer than 3 years and don't like having a payment all the time. Completely personal preference.

I'd like to add those DRLs? Where do I get them and How do I install Them. BTW, I have a leased vehicle too. I have NOT done any Mods, although I'm interested in a few things: Paddle Shifters, Interior Illumination Package, Illuminated Kick plates and DRLS
The point about doing mods on leased vehicles is that the $$$$ spent goes out the window unless you are sure that you will buy the car. in the NY area, according to many car dealers, it seems that about 70 % of cars are leased for the reasons cited here. I made a BIG mistake when I turned my 07 G35X in at the end of the lease (actually the dealer Ate the last 2 months ) for a new 2010 G37X. Only had 25k on the clock, Infiniti had installed a new auto tranny - just like that - due to some harsh shifting after they replaced the Valve Body - for a buy @ $20,200 !!! Man, that was stupid. The old 07 IMHO is better than the 2010, primarily b/c of the 7 AT, just NOT the same performance. Newer is NOT always BETTER...performance wise anyway. I am getting better mileage as one sole consolation.

I'm not a fan of dropping cars, so sorry guys just not gonna happen. The DRL's are from advanced auto parts but I gutted the cheap LED's it comes with and replaced them with some of my own. I'm actually going to redo them once again to put in 10mm 1w white LED's with a 40 degree viewing angle, those are sure to be noticed!
