debadge or not?

so i've had my car for about 3 months now... and i've been debating on whether or not to debadge. i'm thinking of just the "infiniti" letters. i'm planning on doing it myself... but afraid there will be some ghosting from where the letters used to be. any suggestions? thanks.

I have a G37S coupe and think it looks PERFECT with only the INFINITI lettering removed. Obviously the sedan rear is slightly different so you will have to play with that idea on your own.

As for ghosting worries, I took it off after over a year and had zero ghosting problems (make sure to use plenty of lube/goo remover and QD to clean up)

Yeah, I didn't use a hair dryer either, I just used some fish pole string, some GooBGone and a soft cloth. It took all of maybe 10 minutes, to remove the INFINITI. Make sure though, if you have waxed your car to go over that area and buff it out. I used some of Meguiars M205 just to make sure the trunk lid matches the rest of the car. You don't need to use M205, but since I used it on my car, I wanted it to match.

I had to get a new grille and when in the bod shop for that, I had them remove the INFINITI like Scotty as well... I too have black and was simply
tired of cleaning around the letters... Now thinking of removing the G37S too.

g25's will all be non-sports

i dont think it'll matter if its a g25 or g37... you'll know when you step on the gas pedal.

i like all the emblems off. and mine is a 2007 and it didn't leave any marks where the emblems were
