Tissue Storage and Trash can/bin/bag?

It's about the size of a square box of kleenex and has a flap that goes over the top. It has a velcro loop for mounting over a dash **** and the long nylon strap (with velcro on the ends) for wrapping around something, and I just wrap that around the console hinge and close the console lid. I think I got it at Walmart, but it's been awhile so not sure.
