BT Problem: With a Smartphone Synching with MS Outlook

Hey Folks: I have a Moto Q 9c - Smartphone, which synchs with my Outlook email at work PC. Everytime that I go into my 2010 G37X, the BT is picked up, then after driving a short distance, the screen pops up with a message that there is a Call In Progress....I Press Hang up but that doesn't do it. Then screens clears back to the status, and Now I can make a Call from the BT?? I've called Infiniti, told me to take the battery out f my phone and reboot. That did NOT do it. Any ideas?

Did you check to see if there is a software update for the phone?

I did get the new iPhone 4 - company issue.... Am I syncing something wrong: The phone rings and it rings via the Bluetooth in car? My old phone Moto Q did that too? In the 07 G35 that I had, it did not do that, rang solely in the car via the Bluetooth. Does it matter?
