what bolt-ons can I do to my leased car without voiding warranty?
I know modding a leased car is pointless, but I might end up buying my sport sedan at the end of my lease anyways.
While I have it, I wouldn't mind doing an intake and exhaust (or any other bolt-ons that could be reversed at time of vehicle return for that matter.)
Lastly, if I can do much of anything, from what I gather the dealer has to install the parts or the warranty goes null?
I wouldn't mind a little more power from my sedan, and those 2 things seemed feasable.
Please guide me in the right direction.
-Thanks

You can do any mods you want, as long as when you return it to the dealer it's the way it was (you CAN return with the mods still on but I think you pay a fee)
That is FALSE about the dealer installing stuff. Anyone can install it (even DIY). The only thing that effects warranty is what part causes the problem.
Personally I would decide if you are going to keep the car or not right now, but either way you can install anything you want.

My '09 G37 is a lease and I had the dealer install the front lip (drilling holes is irreversible). Since they approved the install, I figure they can't say anything about it when I turn it back in. I've also added Eibach Pro-Kit and Stillen Sways. As the last person wrote, save all your stock parts and return the car like it was when you got it and you should be fine. I labeled everything, cleaned them up and put them in the attic for their return in two and a half years. I might end up doing the JWT intakes and again just keep the stock breathers in storage and reinstall them later.
