You probably will at least want to get someone to help you to make sure you can line everything up right and hold it in place, etc. I've read some say it was difficult and others said it wasn't that bad. So I guess it all depends on how experienced you are with that kind of stuff.
Might also want to call up a reputable tuner shop and ask what they'd charge to install it. Since you have the part and know exactly what you need you should be able to get some quotes over the phone -- your decision may become easier once you find out how it's priced.

I installed the lip on my old '06 and had a buddy help me do it. Doing it solo would be very difficult to get it to look right in my opinion. I would suggest taping off the old bumper with painters tape to avoid scratching the paint when you're going for fitment. I had to drill two separate holes on the driver side after fitting the passenger side. I thought the first one was correct but after fitment it didn't line up. Nice thing was that both holes were covered by the lip either way. Take your time, do it right and it'll look good. If you don't have the time, patience or help to do it right, take it to a shop.
