Is O'Reillys Full Synthetic any good?

Is O'Reillys Full Synthetic any good?

They've got a great price for 5qts + Mobil1 filter for 17.99. Anyone know if this is name brand oil under the O'Reillys name or just a very low quality oil? Here's the ad too:

Interesting. My vote: don't do it. Spend a little more and go with either Mobil 1 full synthetic (albeit it isn't truly a synthetic) or Ester Oil (haven't made my mind up as to whether or not it's "best" for our VQ engines). To name a few, only Redline and Amsoil offer the BEST protection; they're true synthetics. Note: Mobil 1 and Royal Purple aren't any different and neither are really better than the other (for the price). Royal Purple doesn't give you any better engine protection than Mobil 1. Another quick bit: K&N filters are made via Champion Lab, as are Mobil 1 filters. I've been buying K&N oil filters for the past 5 years. FML, I know.

I always use Mobil1 (and M1 filters), just wondering what oil is beneath the O'Reillys label. I don't mind paying what I pay for M1 (it's not that bad as I usually get enough oil for 3 changes when it's on sale). It would be interesting to know if this oil is comparable to M1 though.

Oreilly has Valvoline Synpower for $15/gal. There's a $25 rebate from Valvoline if you buy 2. So why not do that instead.

The store I went to didn't put it on display. They stashed it in the back. I had to ask for it.
