Passenger side footwell - comfortable? Not!

For the first time in the 4000 miles that we have had our G37X I rode in the passenger seat. About 70 miles from Fort Collins CO to home. I'm 6'1" and most of that is legs. I found the passenger side footwell to be very uncomfortable. Seems to me that sitting in the seat the footwell did not have nearly enough room to the left. I always felt that I had to sit rather diagonally in the seat in order to stretch me legs out. And if you do bend your knees and bring your feet toward the seat, not only does it get narrower, the left side is higher than the right. Most annoying!. This is in contrast to the drivers side footwell which has plenty of room.

Oh well, since I do 98% of the driving, no big deal (wife has never complained).

My wife's Dodge 2500 is the same way. Thankfully we never go any long distances in it.

really? when I sit in the passenger seat when I'm detailing the inside it seems like there is tons of room...and when I've visited my parents back home they have both commented on how much room the passenger has...weird that the coupe would have more passenger room than the sedan

No sure either. Perhaps because you have a MT and my sedan has the AT? Last time I sat in an Infiniti coupe was 2003.

Would not know.....don't sit in the woman's side of the car.

OK, I guess I better explain that one. One day I was standing in front of the Nissan parts department and the parts guy was helping this man who had to be about 80. Parts guy asked which mirror was the problem and without missing a beat the older gentlemen said "the one on the woman's side" and he was dead serious. All I could do not to break out laughing. Maybe you had to be there, but it was funny.

Got to throw some humor around to counter-balance all the forum drama.
