VDC off/SLIP?

On my way into work and back today I found something odd I hope someone can shed some light on.
I have a g37x, live in vermont where there is snow on the roads and have winter rims that do not work with the air sensor.
When the car would slip a bit, the e-brake, VDC off and SLIP light would come on. And stay on. The brake light would turn off after a few min. Car still had traction control on, contrary to the light.
A simple restart would fix the lights, but they would come back on every 10-15 min or so.
I live 4 hours(!) form the nearest infinity dealer, although nissan has a few close by. Ideas on what the problem is?

Yep, I'd suggest the same.
