They do this alot here in South FL. The problem is you pay top dollar for the aftermarket wheels! They usually charge whatever the MSRP is the wheels and tires!

I think the shrink wrap is still on the car and hasn't been removed yet. That how my ride looked like when I 1st saw it, 0 miles on the odometer..
