If you're really THAT worried, get something in writing from the dealer saying that the selling dealer will honor your warranty for 160 miles beyond the factory warranty.

I think that's the industry standard (at least for people who ask for it).

The only thing about having 100+ miles is that if it's been test driven, it's been beaten on. Probably had a bunch of random people in the car, touching and looking at everything, and accelerating the hell out of it cuz hey, isn't that how you're supposed to test-drive a car? Probably quite a few instances of WOT in the break-in period.

My car had 9 miles I believe - it was still wrapped up and had the foam blocks on the bumpers. Plus the interior was still all wrapped in plastic

The one I ended up buying had ~15... with 4 from the little infiniti testing note they put in your packet. All of the 09' they were selling had about 15, but one that had Stone interior (all others had graphite) was a "swap out" from another dealership and had +400 miles on it.. would have taken it if under 100.. but no way with +400.

Drove off in mine with 10 miles on it.

I wouldn't get it if it has so many miles on it unless that was the only car with the options you wanted.

Delivered to the dealer with 50 miles on it (dealer did a swap from another local dealer), I was told the car had 5 miles on it before they drove it over.

Just about the same here but minus the window tint...

my car had about 80 miles after my test drive (which was probably around 5 miles). it was an 09 that i purchased Feb 10, so 80 seemed reasonable for test drives and such. any more, i might have tried to bargain a bit more.
